Lynn is committed to promote ongoing, convenient and free educational programs for new and existing business owners to encourage their growth and success. These programs will be established by sponsorship, cooperation, and partnership with banks and financial institutions.

Lynn believes that business owners must not be punished by unnecessary regulations. They must be acknowledged as the healthy and productive backbone of our economy.

Government agencies must refrain from becoming obstacles and unwelcomed partners of hardworking people by imposing unbearable licensing requirements on business improvements and operations.

Business owners must accept shared responsibility, and extend equal opportunity to everyone who is looking for a job. Lynn believes there should be zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind.

Lynn believes that dedication and integrity to serve people does not depend on race, religion, gender, ethnicity or age. Public service must be flawless, colorless, and clear.
